1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our App, you confirm that you are not a "Consumer" according to the definition of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree, please do not use SILNI.

2. Services Provided

SILNI provides AI-driven lead generation and business matchmaking services. Our App utilises artificial intelligence algorithms and data analysis to identify potential prospects for you. This process includes the analysis of historical outreach data, customer-specific criteria, and other relevant factors to pinpoint potential prospects. If you wish to contact the potential prospects that have been identified, our App can facilitate an automated outreach on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Use SILNI services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SILNI are owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lebanon.

8. License Restrictions

You agree that you will:

• not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, provide, or otherwise make available, the App or the Services in any form, in whole or in part to any person
• not copy the App or Services
• not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of the App
• comply with all applicable technology control or export laws and regulations

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, and the Services throughout the world belong to us and the rights in the App and the Services are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App, or the Services other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms.

10. Our Liabilities

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our Services, our App or any content on it.

11. Termination of Rights

If you break these terms, we may end your rights to use the App and Services at any time or take such action as we deem appropriate. Any remaining credits will be forfeited and non-refundable. Actions we may take include:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our App and Services
• Removal of any data uploaded by you
• Legal proceedings and further legal action
